Production runs. Rush one-offs. Everything in between.

From our 12" chuck CNC lathe to our 4th-axis Haas mill and manual equipment, we've got the machine range to run big production jobs and squeeze in urgent parts without slowing down.

How We Work

Two ways we help you keep moving

Production Machining

Repeat runs demand consistency, not just capability. We hold the same tolerance on part one and part one thousand, with process controls and inspection steps built in so quality doesn't drift over the course of a run.

  • Typical runs of 10 to 400 parts, with higher quantities available on request
  • Repeatable setups and documented processes
  • 1st and last article reports available on every run
  • Flat hourly rate or custom quoting, whichever fits the job

One-Off & Rush Machining

Sometimes you just need one part, and you need it now. A bushing for a piece of heavy equipment down in the field. A bracket for a machine that has to be back online today. We treat urgent, single-part jobs with the same seriousness as a full production run — and the speed the situation calls for.

  • Same-day and next-day turnaround where possible
  • Field-repair and emergency replacement parts
  • Extremely custom, one-of-a-kind jobs welcome
